It's always great to see the folks there. The doctor is fantastic, answering all my questions. Great staff as well.
Great facility and wonderful Doctors and staff. I am always treated respectfully and with care. They take the time to explain their processes and to listen to my inquiries or concerns. Dr. Pereira is the best.
Getting my eyes checked
The staff is warm and friendly. The office clean and orderly. The wait time is about an hour give or take a few minutes, Factor in the fifteen minutes for your eyes to dilate. Carlindo Pereira, MD is rude, abrupt, terse, unfriendly, all knowing, inattentive, talks over you without listening. At one point he interrupted me and continued to talk over me. The office is friendly, the doctor Rasmussen is very kind and knowledgeable. The optometrist assistant who does initial work up is awesome and equipment is very clean. Nice selection of glasses.
