They have traded management three times since I lived here, and I've lived here for less than a year, and it has gotten progressively more impossible to get a hold of whoever claims to own this place. Landlords are leeches to society and should be treated as such
EDIT: One set of photos is from July, the others are from December. When operated by Foothills Property Management this was a quaint affordable place to live. Then in the middle of the pandemic, Fickling Property took over and raised the rent. I see their advertising for this place and feel sorry for prospective new tenants because they're being misled and seriously overcharged.
