RecommendedIt is evident that the staff here truly care about the residents, and that they love what they do. They've treated our dad / grandpa like family, which means so much to us. He loves his friends, activities, and takes advantage of things like the fitness program!
Management is trash and need to work on people skill. residents stink, only a few actually know what they are doing. Also new management TRUDY in the memory care unit is a stuck up cow. 🤷♀️

My husband just moved into memory care ( The Lodge) , everyone is so caring and gentle.
If you"re looking for incompetent nursing staff, piss off management with a hash slinging restaurant at astronomical cost, dump dear ole Mom out here in the pits of Pyramid Sparks. Ask them about their senior tenant death rates.
