So i have only 1 negative. That breakfast. Weak. I had heard that, so I wasnt disappointed. But there are lots of ways to add something simple to elevate it a notch. I found that they added the little somethings all thru the hotel, and I appreciated them IMMENSELY. This is definitely a hotel that is old but going thru renovations. I love that! We were looking for a budget hotel, and read another reviewer say to NOT judge this motel by their parking lot. So…we took a chance. Sooo glad we did. VERY pleased. Stayed at a budget place and the front desk person seemed homeless and without teeth, which was your Tell re what the room would be like? Me too. But NOT here. Both front desk people were great! Stayed there on two different occasions, July 11 & 16, 2025 while traveling. it's located across from residential homes, but not far from interstae. Kayla at the front desk was wonderful and so helpful! Loved the outdoor garden patio, enchanting! Will stay there again!
I stayed at Cascades Inn for one night while driving through and had a great experience. Aliyah at the front desk was the definition of hospitality! She was patient, friendly, and welcoming. She also gave me a great dinner recommendation.(It's been a few weeks, so I hope I remembered her name right.) The inn is conveniently located near the highway, and the rooms were clean.
