I had the Worst experience ever with the owner Judith I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this wedding hall. I originally booked the venue for December 19, 2025, and paid a $2,000 deposit. When I had to cancel ahead of time, the owner refused to refund me but clearly told me I could rebook within one year as a courtesy. I trusted her word and spent months trying to find someone to take my place. I finally found a replacement client within the agreed timeframe, and that person even sent a deposit. DONT RENT THIS VENUE. If any life emergency happens , they WIll NOT Accept someone else takeover the day like any other Venue. Terrible Policy. We are HUMAN and THINGS Happen!!!!!
We had an amazing time at the Cascades event center. Renting the property was easy and we were so lucky they had our date available. The space is perfect, and had everything we needed to have a nice event. Judith was great to work with, and we look forward to renting it for smaller events for my work, because she just makes it easy. Highly recommend.
I have attended 2 events at this conference location. One was a business meeting and one a social event (a sort of high end children’s party). Both were great and appropriate for the purpose. I imagine an event tends to reflect the host’s vision but this review is about the location; although both of the events I attended were exactly what I would have done for myself.
