I have not had an event here yet but I must say that Judith is an absolute delight to co-ordinate with. I have been struggling with incredibly rude or incompetent venue/banquet hall managers, and Judith is a brilliant breath of fresh air. She's very polite, cooperative, and soooooo patient, and it feels like talking to a normal human being as opposed to other managers with incomprehensibly low-class manners. Beautiful venue, but extremely poor management — I would give zero stars if possible. The manager, Judith, never showed up after our first meeting and left everything to a decorator (Jocelyn/Josselin from Brittanys Fancy Decor) who was very difficult to reach. Calls and texts often went unanswered. Our contract stated the deposit would be returned within 7–10 days, but it took over a month. This review is solely for cleaning team. At 11:45pm cleaning team arrived with very rude attitude asking the groom to sweep the floor. Since I was a customer before and knew terms of contract; she stepped back from her position and insisted to pick all fresh flowers leaves from the floor. So, if you want to have a wedding here be ready for sweeping any fresh flowers that falls on the floor. Otherwise, we were threatened to lose deposit money. Very disappointed!
