The casino is fine, but we ate at the match restaurant and the service was horrible. They took our order, delivered our food and never came back. We wanted dessert but gave up, had to go to the bar tender to pay and leave

Came over from England to my nephews wedding visited your establishment ignorant staff my wife and my niece were enjoying playing roulette and winning not alot but little amounts then she was asked to leave cos they said she was intoxicated, your staff are a disgrace ignorant , even your security said sorry its put a downer on your night , well when you spend 8000 pound on a trip to go to a second rate casino, well I ain't even started yet , if my niece would have been out of order then fine , your staff and that stuck up fe... read more
The staff at cascade are just amazing..Terry, Denise,Lorna,Rico,Luc.Dane.All great people. But today was in there to play my favorite machines, the chicken and cats, and could not believe they were gone..why they would get rid of great games like those is just unbelievable..just so disappointed..Helly
