Please stay away from here. I had moved in and the conditions of the apartment were horrible. I was showed a the model sample and what i got was NOT in the same conditions. Ask to see the apartment youll be renting out…. I had to break my lease four days living there because our issues were not fully being addressed and or fixed. This place has bad management and the maintenance man is extremely rude. My husband is severely asthmatic and the conditions of the whole ac system was disgusting. As I make the move from NC to Miami I’ve been searching endlessly for an apartment that has everything im looking for and this is it! Natali helped me and answered all my questions and was super patient and kind! It has made this entire process so much easier and enjoyable!
