UPDATE 7/23/2026: CHANGE FROM 2 TO 5 STARS - For the record, the front office staff seem like genuinely nice people. While the issue detailed below was exhausting, I applaud the staff for acknowledging this, taking responsibility and action. They've made diligent efforts to right the wrongs during the move-in and I'm starting to enjoy the fact that we're in a beautiful new space again. New tenant here- happy to be in a new community but GOOD LORD did the leasing office botch the move-in process. The day after we got the keys, it was determined/decided by the front office that the floors needed to be replaced - the ENTIRE floor of the apartment in every room and claimed it would be done by 2pm the next day (wasn't finished until after 6pm) The staff apparently didn't do a comprehensive walk through before leasing to us and mind you, we paid extra per month to get a "premium" unit. let me start by congratulating the new Management team in the building, Miriam and Adriel! Also, the new maintenance staff! The difference is showing in comparison with previous management. Keep up the good work.
New Staff are amazing! Thank God for this new change n administration of our community, you can see the changes being made starting with the treatment of us tenants and also with the new maintenance staff. It feels so good living here once again!
I lived at this place for a year, and all I can say is that the leasing staff, including the manager Bryan, do not know how to do their jobs. Save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else. My husband had been parking his truck in reverse for six months, which is allowed by the parking policy, and then out of nowhere one night he received a violation for reverse parking.
