DO NOT MOVE HERE – SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS This is by far the worst apartment complex I’ve ever experienced. The management is absolutely terrible. The property manager is extremely unprofessional—she talks down to residents, is rude, and makes no effort to resolve issues. Maintenance is just as bad—he never actually fixes anything and just puts in temporary “patches” that fall apart within days. When I moved in, my apartment wasn’t even finished. Renters beware. Everything others have said are true. I will never rent place where this property management is in charge. They absolutely violated ones right to privacy and security. As I write this my current running dollar amount they owe me for grossly over charging me $2200. I'm going to have to get an attorney to get the money, they also owe for an account for 3 apartments I paid for 7 years..They owe me over $10,000 for that.. it's a shame because almost all the staff is good at what the do. Since the new management company purchased, these apartments have honestly gone down the hole. For starters, the quality of the apartments is not worth the price; carpets are old, no baseboards, laundry rooms are filthy with the trash always full within them, let's not forget the gate that remains broken almost every other month. No one has a code, as they did with the old manager/management company so good luck trying to get in without a gate remote.
