Do not expect the staff to be helpful. We arrived on a Friday where it had recently snowed. The roads were plowed leading to Cascade Village but the resort itself was not. Clearly I got stuck in my rental car which was not up to the task, but neither was any 4x4 or chained vehicles as those got stuck as well. The part that is upsetting is the lady at the front desk told me "what did I suspect it 9,000 feet". And then offered a snow plow company so I guess I could pay to plow their roads. Muy bonito buen servicio y comodo
We came up here to photograph a wedding that sadly did not happen. Instead we celebrated my father-in-law's 79th birthday. It was amazing and so comfortable, breathtaking views and it made his birthday so special.
