Horrible experience. Deliberately labyrinthine phone system. I had to drive from Port Townsend each time I had anything to communicate to them. WILL NEVER USE THIS PROVIDER AGAIN. This is a shame, as the actual on-site staff & techs are fantastic! As usual, it's the administrative bean counters & profiteers that ruin things.
