Worst place to live ever, rent up 300$ in one year!!!! Place is dirty, noisy, not enough parking, neighbors rude and loud. Don't move here you will regret it!!!!
I don't even want to give this apartment complex 1 star. The previous owner of this complex was a drug dealer. That should tell you the type of people that live around here. The apartments (very dark, dirty, bugs, shag carpet, peeling paint I'm talking as ghetto as it can get) rented at $645. The new owners of the apartment complex have done nothing to fix the units, keep the hoards of children from running through patios (and coming into your apartment. Yes, I said into peoples homes) but they did lay bark dust, and paint. ... read more
Cascade View was my home for a little over a year during which I attended Chemeketa Community College. I found it more than adequate for my needs and at a very affordable rate. The are no comparable facilities in the area that also allow large dogs with no breed restrictions. I found the staff reasonable and approachable, the grounds clean and well maintained, the neighbors courteous and polite. In all, I would recommend Cascade View Apartments. Joshua A. Lasky
