Surgeon to animals My dog at 9 years of age incurred a problem with his front section, involving some damage to the neck. He was a pitiful sight. In this emergency I took him to Thomas R. Fry, DVM MS with Cascade Veterinary Services. He immediately diagnosed the problem and explained in detail what it was, what must be done and how much it would cost. He then proceeded with surgery and my little Shih Tsu made a complete recovery. The cost was great, but it was my decision and my dog was handled with great care and concern.
