As always quick courteous care! Both dogs were emergent and taken care of promptly and lovingly! Ten staples and while we were there they let us update ones shots, do the chip on other and without hesitation did everything we needed! All while affordable!
We absolutely love this place. We have Siberian Huskies and they are always greeting us with huge smiles and friendly faces. They are so welcoming it’s a breath of fresh air. They love on all of the pups we bring through those doors and even our older dogs get the best care. They are hands down the greatest vet to represent Tennessee! We love this facility, the BEST place in the town hands down. 🐶❤🐾 I wouldn't take my pups anywhere else.
We had an emergent situation come up with one of our English bulldogs and our regular vet (in Murfreesboro where we live) could not get us in for an appointment. We called Cascade on the recommendation of friends and they were able to work us in within the hour and it was already near 3:00PM! We were promptly greeted and seen. The service was professional, trustworthy and compassionate and our pup is back to normal just 4 days later. Much appreciated!!!!
They have seen several of our animals, and have always been very quick, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. Will continue to go here as long as I'm in town
The entire staff are a group of caring compassionate people. Dr West has cared for all of my animals large and small for over 20 years. I won't take my fur babies anywhere else.
I have lost two dogs to cancer. One was 17 one was his son 9 years old. WHen they came out to the house to put Belle down, the doctor prayed for her and thanked her for her life she had given to us. I have never seen that happen but it sure helped me to grieve . They are great with my animals and the staff is compassionate as well. I highly recommend Dr West and Co. have been going to Cascade for 20 years.
You won’t be able to find a better vet or office. These people are amazing and always go above and beyond.
Cascade is always professional, thorough, compassionate and caring. As long as I have animals in my life I will depend on them for any medical care required.
