My son was born there in 2007, The doctor grabbed him by the head and pushed him back up causing a traumatic brain injury. We discovered it recently after over a decade of issues. He now has cerbal palsy, social and emotional problems all because the doctor wasn't competent.
RecommendedWe have always been treated well at this hospital. Amazing staff and quick on treatment for us every time we’ve had to go. Even fantastic maternity ward. My grandson was born there nearly 4 years ago. We were the only baby born at the time that my at that point almost 17 year old son became a father. They were wonderful and so helpful. And to this day they remember our family there. I hope others will have a great experience here, if you have to go there.

On Monday March 9th my elderly mother dislocated her right hip. She was totally freaked out and DID NOT WANT to go to ER. When her Surgeon who had done her hip revision in January told her to go, I recommended that we choose Cascade Valley over going to Everett which is closer to us. WE ARE SO GREATFUL WE DID! Your staff was AMAZING from Admission to Discharge. The Nurse and LPN Who were overseeing most of her care were so compassionate and professional. been in the waiting room for hours and have watched everyone who arrived after us go in before us...said it's not 1st come 1st serve but the people before us when laughing... I've said we would never come here again last time so I guess it's our own fault since we knew better.
They are rude and don't care to actually find out what's wrong with you. If you don't fit their template they send you on your way.
