Not sure what’s going on with this place but it’s time for some updating. The computer tripped off every other time the instructor touched the keyboard. The speaker system for the classroom was a set of desk speakers. No water, coffee or refreshments - None! Not even a cup for tap water. No hand soap in the bathroom and parking was $40, No Thank You
The TNCC course seems daunting but the amazing teachers, Deb & Dana, were excellent! They broke down the material and taught the class perfectly with awesome anecdotes and mnemonics that were totally relatable, current, valid and entertaining! I love them and highly recommend them and this course. The teacher:student ratio was excellent and they stayed and helped each student until they were comfortable with the material.

Great place for ACLS- close to BART 12th st. Station. I'm going back for more training. I highly recommend Cascade for ACLS and all your training needs.
