I registered to take a course with this company. But due to a miscommunication with my employer I needed to cancel. Unfortunately this company has a draconian and immoral no refund policy in which it's okay to take your money even though no service was rendered.
Great training, but actually getting your certificate is a hassle. I got my ACLS and BLS renewal through them and had to call the 877 number numerous times to get my certificates emailed to me... as of right now I'm still waiting ( I took the class over a week ago).... there is no way to call the center directly to speak to anyone, just someone who knows where.... like I said, the instructors are great and very knowledgeable, but customer service could use some improvement
Very knowledgeable trainer. Made sure all students grasped the material and was very patient. Will definitely do my future BLS training here
