I've had a storage unit at Cascade for over a year and I've always been well treated and felt secure that my belongings are being keep safe in a clean, dry and well secured place . The managers Verna and Eric are great . Last summer Eric would always bring me out a couple of bottles of cold water while I was working in my unit,it can get hot in there, and Verna she's the sweetest and always tries to help with answers to any questions you might have. We have been customers of Cascade Self Storage for several years. It is the best!! So secure and so clean. Verna and Eric are always happy to help with anything we need or questions we may have. They feel more like friends than managers. 5 stars!!
When I signed up I asked both of the onsite managers if I was allowed to come there for an hour or two every day as to go through my things and organize and get rid of the junk, they were totally fine went requests. About two months into my stay the female manager from grants pass was at the Medford location and left a note on my door stating I was loitering.
