Very rude, asked to see some of the RV’s and the bald guy with the caterpillar eye brows stated, “ this is a dealership, not a show case, come here to buy.” Will not be returning
This is a great dealer if you don't mind them speaking to you as if you are an idiot. I was working through text with one of the sales representatives who, instead of just submitting to "we can't make a deal due to your issues with your trade in," decided it was appropriate to degrade me. If you had a great experience with this dealer then wonderful for you. You probably either took a low-ball offer or paid cash for the RV. I contacted Cascade RV after seeing the tent trailer that we wanted to buy on line. I spoke with Ramin and we decided to put a deposit on one and drove up a week later from Medford. When we arrived the trailer was ready to go and Ramin showed us how to operate everything. We decided to purchase the trailer and Ramin got all of the paperwork done and I think in total we were there about an hour they also helped to hook up to my trailer hitch. One final note their facility is super clean and really organized.
I just bought a Rove Light camper trailer from CascadeRV. I am entirely new to trailers and Ramin, the owner, helped me from preparing my car to showing me how to do everything in using the trailer. The whole process was more complicated than I expected, and Ramin helped to make it as easy as can be for me. A very nice camper, and very nice service!
