Driver just about hit me on the sidewalk as he pulled out from the shell station in Sechelt. Not a good look while driving a company vehicle.
They installed a rubber roof and shingles . Called them after about a year saying one of the vents is leaking . The inspector said it was caused by humidity. With all this rain went up into the attic... definitely leaking . Also developed a mouse problem in attic . Took some time to find the opening. When they secured the rubber roof edge in a corner o the faucet they left a gap allowing them to get in . They were cheaper than other appraisals . You get what you pay for .
Cascade just completed a new metal roof on our shop and it turned out amazing! The crew was on time every day and very efficient, even with a change of plans due to personal preference. Definitely recommend!
These guys installed a roof on my house and it leaked after a month, they said to come out they will charge a call out fee
