Jacob Graham fully explained the materials to be used and why, the pricing, the warranty and assured me that he had an amazing team to complete my new roof. They did an amazing job. The yard and the areas all around my house were left in immaculate condition each day. They were hard workers. Jacob said they would fix a couple small items while installing the roof. From the estimate process to completion of the new roof on my house, everything went smoothly. Kyle answered all of my questions and wasn't pushy. The crew were respectful and efficient. The roof looks great and I'm very happy with the results!
Kyle came out to give us an estimate, he was pleasant, respectful & and all a round nice guy. He gave us a great price and after a recommendation by a neighbor we decided to go with Cascade. We went to the office to give them a down payment & the ladies there were a real delight. Jose and his crew came out a couple of weeks later and knocked it out in a couple of days. They did a great job, polite, respectful and cleaned up a messy job quite efficiently. Now, we sit here happy, warm and dry.... Well done....
Having been in the electric utility operations and construction business for 43 years I was taken back regarding the the professionalism, work ethic, and workmanship by Cascade Roofing. Everyone along the way displayed professionalism and experience with their products and techniques. Overall, Cascade Roofing surpassed my expectation for a job well done!! The roof is perfect and I teceived numerous comments by people in my neighborhood regarding the roof and the workers!
Kyle, Chris, Kiersten and Megan are all amazing to work with! I own The Concrete Schoolhouse and they worked with me to determine the best course of action to replace my leaky, poorly repaired roof.
