They just did a re-roof on our home in Greenbrae and we're very pleased. They cleaned up beautifully each day, were on time and on budget.
Installed a new roof in 2016 with a 10 year guarantee. Leaked in 2019 during heavy rains and Cascade never returned calls or texts. Had to hire another company, which showed me, while making emergency repairs, why the initial installation was incorrect, causing the subsequent leak. So the installation was unprofessional and the guarantee was worthless.

USED THE CASCADE IN PORTLAND AND TRIED TO CANCEL REVIEW HERE BUT WOULN'T LET ME. THE CASCADE ROOFING IN PORTLAND IS TERRIFIC. DON'T KNOW ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. The contractor showed up to give me an estimate to repair some tiles, rehang some tiles replace or install some flashing and give me an overall assessment of the condition of my tile roof. As I said Ryan showed up on time, I was not home, but my friend was here cleaning my house. I was told by Ryan that he would forward the estimate. Almost 3 weeks later, no response.
