Beautiful hike along a wonderful series of waterfalls.
You can hike the waterfalls on both sides.
The Cascade River Trail offers convenient road access with easy parking, a short walk of approximately 300 feet to reach a stunning waterfall amidst somewhat steep terrain. Exploring both the path off the road and the walk inside the state park allows you to enjoy diverse river views and cascading falls. This state park is truly a delightful experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Short and simple hike less than a mile round trip with beautiful views of the falls, river gorge, and a bridge to cross. Park on 61 and take the path up the hill out of the little gravel lot. Recommend hiking up and across the bridge, then keeping right and taking the trail back down the river on the other side for a quick leg stretch.
