Had to have it should I say was supposed to have a therapeutic blood draw. 3 staff on duty and none could get a vein. One washed her hands then wiped them on her scrubs then preceded in gloves to try to palpate my arm to try to find a vein. Wanted my arm in a different position and couldn’t find anything to prop my arm so rolled up bubble wrap. Was the most unprofessional experience ever. The staff who actually perform the blood draws are quiet good, however the organization is fairly disorganized. It's taken over a month to get a receipt that insurance/FSA could read. They print the receipts in another office then fax them over. The paper work for patients never seems to be ready when they arrive for their appointment time. Twice over two years, I've arrived for an appointment and wasn't able to be treated do to mishaps at the head office dispute having backup copies of RX at the time of appointment.

Nice staff and are good at venipunctures, at least for me they don’t have to stick me multiple times :) clean as well
