Not helpful at all they must hate to work there or they r family and just got handed the job cause they clearly dont want to be there also very intrusive what’s funnny is I brought in some stuff I knew was sterling but was not marked I have had it tested somewhere else but she looks at it for half a second and says nope not sterling not sure what her deal is
I came in as a new customer I was greeted quickly , I had questions about silver bullion they were knowledgeable and kind. I purchased what I wanted overall a good experience.
