Been getting water from them for probably 16 years or so. We have had great experiences with them all. We use to get delivery, but moved a couple hours away and do pick up now.
We are disappointed by their service. Their driver miscounted the bottled water drop off at our place. The second time happened, the same driver was acting unprofessional after I mentioned the number was wrong. The company apologized and said to give credits on those but then came back saying that based on the driver report, they were right.
Made several errors on billing. Charged me for 3 broken bottles and I called to say that was incorrect and they said “oops the driver made a mistake, it wasn’t you that had broken bottles. So had I not called they would have charged $45?!? Then again charged me for a broken bottle and it wasn’t not broken, but had some dirt they say, but again, it wasn’t not broken! Canceled their services as they are very shady!! Horrible service!
Great water and fantastic service! Carrie is so quick and friendly on the phone, Trey answers any question with a smile, deliveries are consistent; our team and patients love the water!
