Made several errors on billing. Charged me for 3 broken bottles and I called to say that was incorrect and they said “oops the driver made a mistake, it wasn’t you that had broken bottles. So had I not called they would have charged $45?!? Then again charged me for a broken bottle and it wasn’t not broken, but had some dirt they say, but again, it wasn’t not broken! Canceled their services as they are very shady!! Horrible service!
Great water and fantastic service! Carrie is so quick and friendly on the phone, Trey answers any question with a smile, deliveries are consistent; our team and patients love the water!
It's water but the service is what separates. Always very helpful when calling to get details on delivery date of jugs and always friendly delivery driver that is very punctual. Highly recommend this business 👍
It's water. Yep. They are one of the best, service oriented businesses I have ever used. I live rural. My house is up a very steep driveway and then a bunch of stairs. Because I am so rural, they didn't even put me on a route, the driver (think his name is Troy) picks up empties and drops fulls while doing other jobs. Brings them all the way up to my front door.
