Best hoa ever not that picky highly recommended
Extremely poor communication to property owners and their tenants regarding property damage to be handled by their company managing the distribution of HOA insurance checks. Nearly 3 months of water damage that has not been resolved yet due to lack of communication and initiative to get contractors in to complete necessary renovations. 2 weeks go by and had to reach out to see what the hold up was, to be told they couldn’t reach their contractor… and still hadn’t considered reaching out to other contractors at that point.
