ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! Came home last night to find house freezing cold. Imagine my surprise when I check propane to realize its empty. We literally filled up a couple months ago. A tank normally last all year. We somehow went thru 70% in the less than two months since I checked it. Okay we call about getting it checked for leak then once thats sorted getting tank refilled. After hours tells us we can come out tonight for $180 additional fee or you can have them come out tomorrow giv... read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! They lure you in with their low introductory prices....however, after the contract expires, LOOKOUT! Their prices almost doubled! Their TV commercial says, "We treat you like family." All I can say is "thank goodness, I'm not in your family!" I gave them a rating of 1 star, and that was WAY TOO GENEROUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My grandmother would say "They're a wolf in sheep's clothing!"

Several years ago, MarGas of Pueblo, Co went downhill fast and was taken over by AmeriGas. MarGas was involved in embezzlement thru false and double billing, drivers destroyed customer's property by driving their trucks on to customer’s lawns etc., and the staff was extremely rude and unnecessarily obnoxious when you’d ask then not to do it anymore. I've used Propane Industries since 2001. I ran out of gas a couple of times because the gage was broken. It was night and it was extremely cold. They immediately came to my house with a small truck with propane to get me through until morning when they could bring the big truck to fill the tank. I have a drafty garage and my pilot light blew out a few times. They have even come out, free of charge, to light my gas furnace, and quickly. They also don't bug me if a payment is a little late. They have always been kind, helpful and as affordable as propane can be for us. I enjoy working with them.
AS OF 4/7/2015, This Business Charging $2.50 per gallon while their competitor PACER PROPANE is charging $1.68 per gallon. DOES CASCADE PROPANE NOT WANT BUSINESS??
Horrible customer service. They decide when they want to come and not when I want them to come. I tried to get my tank filled up when gas prices were lower, but the percent gas left in my tank, they declined to come out. They also do not return phone calls.
