Purchased a Magnesium spa that is a perfect fit for the patio of our gated community house. Could not be happier with all facets. Installation went without any hiccups, general advice re maintenance, choosing the correct chemicals so that all you need to do is hop in and enjoy. All the staff are of the one view, customer satisfaction. Very happy with the purchase.
Incredibly impressed with the customer service, promptness and quality delivered by Casacde Pool & Spa's. We did not shop around, from the moment we entered the store our expectations were exceeded and the end result has been an incredible addition/s to our outdoor entertaining! Very poor customer service and communication. The left hand doesn’t tell the right hand whats going on and the customers suffer. Extremely disappointed. Never again, and be careful of unknown fees when you choose not to have your products repaired with them.
