I've lived at Cascade Point for almost a decade. The apartments are nice, but there's no private outdoor space at all (no balconies, no patios, nothing like that) which is a major bummer. Each unit is individually owned but there are some rental conglomerates that own multiple units, so it can be tough to generalize; some units have laminate flooring, some have carpet, some have ceiling fans while others don't, some have in-unit washers/dryers, etc. It's important to get a tour for the exact unit you're interested in, becaus... read more

I recently moved out but my experience has been generally good. The area is pretty nice and quite. The apartment complex is not of a modern style but for me it was not a big deal. The landlord is proactive in offering assistance to fixing things or any other tasks if you need. Two things I particularly like about the landlord and the manager relative to all the others I have experienced are (1) responsiveness and (2) fairness on deductions from a deposit. You would definitely appreciate these elements.
Me and my roommate have been living here for about 3 years now and it's been great. Atilla and Stephen are very nice and helpful people and we never had issues with them or the apartment. the location is great in my opinion since kroger is nearby and also cvs. there are two bus stops within a minute walk and two busses, MSS and MSA so it is very easy to get to places. The apartment itself is spacious compared to some that i have seen in the area.
