Scheduled with them to winterize my cottage, which is an hour drive one way for me. As I pulled in the driveway, they called and said they couldn't make it but would do it "in the next day or two". I called 5 days later, they said "they would do it in the next day or two". I called a week later, they said "they would do it in the next day or two". The weather is going freeze soon so I had someone else winterize it a month after Cascade said they would and I still have not heard from them 5 weeks later. I'd recommend skipping... read more

My homeowners insurance company contracted this firm in response to my service request about replacing the anode rod in a water heater. Cascade called and I explained my situation. After giving all requested info about the water heater they suggested removing the anode rod and not replacing it. When I rejected that suggestion they responded that they could not buy the part so I went on line and purchased on in 5 minutes and had a friend switch it out for $25.
