Very disappointed with the lack of communication with this office. We feel the scheduling has poor communication with their patients. After several attempts to schedule/reschedule appointments, Nancy refuses to call and set anything up. (Have the texts) She makes promises that she cannot keep. The team here puts the "care" back in healthcare! Once you get past a no-frills waiting area, the personal care is beyond exceptional. After struggling with lower back and sciatic pain for years, I no longer get injections or take meds for the nerve pain! The impact was so great, that when my son needed to rehab his shoulder, he too took advantage of their care and then when I had a recent shoulder injury, they got me back to 95% of where I was before the injury. Look no further! I’ve done rehab for different issues my whole adult life, mainly back and neck strain. I’d heard very good things about this location, but you know how rehab goes? Will I get a rushed 15 minutes of someone’s time, feel stressed out with a bunch of exercises I don’t even know if i can recreate at home? Not here!!
