Amazing service — above and beyond! From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. Mike has been my go-to pest inspector since moving back to Solano County. As a professional real estate agent it's very important to me that I work with reputable inspectors, and he is just that! I use him every chance I get!
He also did not inspect areas that could have easily been moved so he could do his job without asking for another $150 to finish the job he was sent to do the first time. Look for pests and significant damage. If Cascade had given the owner occupied client guidelines to remove or prepare prior to the inspection may have avoided misunderstandings and frustration. Selling and buying homes is stressful and anything a business can do to limit stress is appreciated.
Thus is a home selling killer company. if you use them. I have a real problem with identifying scuffed floors, dents and cosmetic issues as a “pest” systems inspection. He also did not inspect areas that could have easily been easily moved so he could do his job without asking for another $150 to finish the job he was sent to inspect.. Justifying his time without doing the job we paid for him to do. Look for pests and significant issues vs cosmetic only statements.
