Gil treated the Yellow Jackets that had nested in the crawl space under my house. He explained everything thoroughly and did an excellent job of treating them.
Tom came out today as a follow-up from an earlier service with another tech. Tom has never been to my house before, but he was so thorough! Checked the attic from one end to the other and rearranged traps based on what he was seeing up there. Then he went in the crawl where he saw footprints and a deceased rodent. He removed the poor critter and rebaited the traps. Then he walked the exterior of the house and found 3 possible entry points that had been missed earlier this week by the other tech. Eric was very knowledagle, friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the biology and science behind our rat problems. He had a complete and thorough understanding of how to help us eliminate the rats from our attic and gave us very helpful information.
