Sent this company a payment for a co-pay and it was rejected. The note said my account was paid in full. I thought maybe there was an insurance adjustment. A month later I get my first ever bill from a collections company. And in a pandemic. I see from reviews here this is the norm. Everybody deserves to get paid but this is not how you go about communicating with customers.

Same complaint as others from past years. Never got a bill from them and suddenly a bill for $34 from a collection agency appears.

I keep getting a bill for a preventative screening that should have been zero out of pocket according to my insurance. I wouldn't have gotten this biopsy if I would have known that they would hound me over $385 (which they will never get from me!)
