My mother was a resident at this facility from June 2023 until she passed away on October 12, 2024. I am sharing our experience because I do not want another family to go through what we did. In April 2024, my brother and I met with staff to discuss serious concerns about our mother's care and the condition of both her room and the facility. Cascade Park Gardens is the worst place to have your loved one go to and I would not recommend it to anyone. My sister was there and I have witnessed my sister on the cold floor and wet and smelly over medicated and dirty. My sister was left in her room several times alone and no knew I was there and it took 1-2 hours for any one to come and check on her - they left her food sitting on the tray knowing she could not feed herself.
