Nice location, good school area/ While we were looking for a place to rent, we checked out the Cascade Park Apartments. The outside and inside of these units were clean, and in a nice area with a great school close by. Ultimately we chose to move into a different complex that had more privacy, and a little more individuality than this location, but it would have been a good second choice, had we not found our current home. PROS: Nice Location, Clean CONS: Little Privacy due to normal Apt. arrangement

Fabulous Apartments We have only lived here about one year and we found that the manager and assistant manager have been wonderful. Plus we love our newly remodeled apartment. The managers have always been helpful. You can even get some homemade cheesecake from the assistant manager. I love the maintenance. They are fast and always get the job done. I know we plan on signing for another year. It is very peaceful around here. The pool area is nice. I am looking forward to summer. If you are looking you should come here for su... read more

Oak tree Apartments My girlfriend from High school lives at the Oak Tree Apartments. The Rent is affordable, they fix something if it fails, and overall it's an okay place to live.
