I would not recommend Dr Chen for pain management, he treats you like it's all in your head because a test was normal. I went to a physiatrist who knew what he was doing and explained to me that not all testing is reliable and you need to listen to your patients symptoms and don't rely on just test results

Multiple times I’ve scheduled an appt in the BL office only to find out they’ve schedule me in Auburn. No communication, no confirmation calls before hand. Demand co-pays before being taken back to a room and again (no this isn’t the first time) I’m sitting here, an hour past my appt time and I’ve seen NO ONE yet. Absolutely ridiculous. Dr. Martin is great, the rest of the people here need to get their stuff together. Period.

The staff at Cascade are so friendly and caring. The nurse, Dana, was always quick to return my calls and was very nurturing. Dr. Moravek was caring and was not forceful about the options presented to me. However, I felt like, while he tried to listen, he didn't hear me. Doctor Moravek asked me the same questions several times, and additional appointments did not yield different treatment options.
