I had such a wonderful experience at Cascade Nails! The salon is clean, relaxing, and everyone was so welcoming from the moment I walked in. A huge thank you to TT, who did an absolutely amazing job on my nails! I showed her the design I wanted, and she hand-painted every detail with incredible precision and talent. I Never feel comfortable everytime I come to this business. I never was given any options of colors or anything. No refreshments offered No conversation from any techs I schedule a appt and still have to wait then the techs act like they didn’t want to provide services which was fine but that’s no way to treat or make a customer feel.. This was my 5th or 6th time coming here but will be my last I thought maybe it was a bad day but clearly everyday for me coming there is bad
