It used to an excellent facility with exceptional Doctors and experienced Psychiatric Nurses. The agency spent 1 million dollars on a new building, raised rates for care. Two previously exceptional Doctors quit and CMH hired a Psychologist instead of an MD to prescribe medication. First appt w/ Psychologist Suzan Dulah? No one told me she was NOT a medical doctor.
