Not upfront about their pricing. Referigetant leak search was needed but didn't say it would be an additional $207.12 for them to check it out. I knew my system had a leak, that's why I askez them to come inspect it, they said their diagnostic cost was $120.00, so I expected it to only be $120.00 not $354.93.
I bought a smart thermostat that I tried to connect but couldn't figure out wiring for a heat pump. Called Cascade Mechanical to come install. The tech that I got was super nice and it only took him 10 minutes to install. The 2 star is for cost. I'm a 65 year old lady and can install these on a furnace easily. I can't figure out why they charged me $257 for 10 minutes of work. I'm from Spokane and needed this for my mom. Maybe it's just the cost you pay in a small town
These guys are excellent. They installed a 5-unit mini split HVAC system on my house in Twisp a few years ago. The crew was great, and the service since then has been flawless. Shout out to Will for the extra time he spent with me to make sure I thoroughly understood how to use the system.

Called them on Wednesday got put on list and by Friday they were at my house and fixed my A/C! Feels great having cold air again in my house!
