Had an issue with a 3 year old heat pump and needed service quickly. The original installer could not come out for a day or so, so I made the decision to use Cascade as an alternative. However they diagnosed a major issue and refused to submit a warranty claim even though the unit is under warranty and while they explained that they dont believe the issue would be covered by warranty they couldn't explain why such a significant issue would not be covered.
