Management company needs to do better at wage equity and providing better services for residents in terms of better staffing levels, quality of food & property maintenance. Having the hardest working staff make minimum wage around $15 hr and the Executive Director onsite making around $70 doesn't attract quality employees let alone retain at the properties this company manages. I live at Cascades at Grants Pass it's a property of Cascades Living Group. Well all or most of the residents are very unhappy living here. Mostly because it's money money and the kitchen is always under staff. My cottage is needing help because the floors are not level. I am in a wheel chair and uneven floors make it hard for me and unsafe.Yes I agree the food is absolutely TERRIBLE. Anything they can add money to they do and take it from you Anything to take the money and my money away they do.

Cascade please listen!!! For what your residents pay, and the food and serving size is beyond words! Advertising as quality food is a joke!!! They move in for at least decent meals!!! . Would you put your loved one in your facility? Not to mention the cost for this terrible service?
