I live at Cascades at Grants Pass it's a property of Cascades Living Group. Well all or most of the residents are very unhappy living here. Mostly because it's money money and the kitchen is always under staff. My cottage is needing help because the floors are not level. I am in a wheel chair and uneven floors make it hard for me and unsafe.Yes I agree the food is absolutely TERRIBLE. Management company needs to do better at wage equity and providing better services for residents in terms of better staffing levels, quality of food & property maintenance. Having the hardest working staff make minimum wage around $15 hr and the Executive Director onsite making around $70 doesn't attract quality employees let alone retain at the properties this company manages.
