We stopped by after a hike with a large group. They have tons of good food selections, it was seemingly all made fresh. The $5 beers were awesome too. Only small downside was it took longer to get the food.

We enjoyed our stop here because there are many restaurants in one food hall. Clean restrooms, plenty of parking, and ice water to fill water bottles.

I got food here on two separate occasions and both times were very good. I got some udon noodles and ramen one day and quesabirria later in my trip. Both meals were notable and very tasty. I also got ice cream at the deli and the waffle cone was very good as well. I would come back for the wide array of food and clean tables. Also the free water and restroom.

Cascade Kitchens is definitely an interesting concept, and honestly, one that South Lake Tahoe could use more of. The idea of having multiple food vendors under one roof is fantastic, especially for families or groups where everyone wants something different. Instead of settling on one cuisine, everyone can order exactly what they're craving and still eat together.
