Sad to be writing this review and am only doing so after my attempts to find a solution with Dr. O'Brien and the office manager have been unsuccessful. I first saw Dr. O'Brien in early August. Since then, I have needed to give both her and the office manager several reminders to send in referrals, including where to send them and what for. It has now been over six weeks and one of the referrals still has not been sent. If this is a bandwidth issue, I get it. Was pretty disappointed as I had to book multiple months out for an appointment and when I arrived they cancelled my appointment even though the portal still showed the appointment. They said it was cancelled since I did not fill in my forms, but I had. If they were done incompletely it would have been nice to get a notification of that fact or the fact that they cancelled it. I doubt I will try again and wait a few more months just to hope I can see a Dr. It is possible the Dr's there are fine, but I never was able to find ... read more
Love love love! I am so glad that I have found a place that treats me as a respectable human being. I always feel like Dr. Wing takes her time to understand who I am and where I am going. I definitely feel like she is treating "the whole person" and not just my symptoms. I have seen such great improvements in my overall health since I started seeing her 6 months ago. I would most certainly recommend CIM to anyone. 😁💕
Highly heartbroken at the small elite list of insurance they accept. Was attempting to follow my doctor to her new practice but I can’t afford 100% out of pocket now. The world is broken even natural medicine now.
