I'm a nervous dental patient, especially with drilling, and I had seen Dr. Roberts since the early 2000s, so I felt there were big shoes to fill after Dr. Roberts retired and Dr. Koogler took over his practice. Dr. Koogler made me feel comfortable from the start. He is super knowledgeable, has fun, techy gadgets, listens to understand, and talks through options so that I feel confident in the choice to move forward or hold off on different procedures.
