A big shout out to all of the wonderful people at Oregon Infectious diseases. My infection had gotten so bad that oral antibiotics were no longer effective and I was no longer able to walk on that leg. My new primary threw up her hands on my first visit and cried uncle. Then she took a swab to find out what the infection was, and then she said she had sent other patients to Infectious Disease specialists. My doctor requested stat iron infusion. It has been over a week. My doc and I left meny,meny messages for Loren the scheduler who has yet to return our call. With this attitude they can't be trusted to get the correct infusion. I'm going somewhere else.
Told us on the phone that the appointment is at 9am check in at 8:45. Get here at 8:40, then told our appointment isn't until 9:15am. It's currently 9:30, and we are still in the waiting room. Make it make sense
My six year old, the day after getting a vaccine, said he wanted all of his shots to be from this place. If that isn't a glowing review, I don't know what is.
