We have stayed here three times and loved it. The vibe is modern and rooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. A fave touch are the cool little ice machines that make small soft ice, and the accompanying dispensers with choice of sparking or still water. Love filling my bottle or glass before hitting the town or the road. The spa is nice too. Got a massage and enjoyed the experience. Location near Country Club Plaza means there are dining/bar options in walking distance of the hotel.
2nd time visiting, I'll be back!
Desk staff were professional, efficient and welcoming. Smiled even if you were just walking by. Bartender was polite, professional, and likeable. He was pretty busy, but still able to take care of everyone in a timely manner.
Staff was friendly and very helpful!
