Mike called ahead and arrived at the time he said. He was very pleasant and courteous, but more importantly he was very informative, explaining everything he had done and that he had found a part that was still working, but would need replacement at some point. There was no pressure, just an explanation. We will be ordering the part and scheduling to have it installed....hopefully by Mike.
The tech performed a detailed checkup on my system and explained her findings very clearly. She was thirough, professional and friendly.
Larissa is Exceptional! She is very articulate and attends to all and every detail! Very knowledgeable and thorough. I am very picky. Larissa is definitely my new go to gal!. I will recommend Larissa to everyone who needs HVAC/fireplace/cooling maintenance!.
