I recently received an award from work that had a chip in it and they were able to repair it by shaving it down the corners to remove the chip. The suggested trimming falls into the overall look of the award and you would never know it had a chip. Thats for the great work.

Lucy and Lebor were exceptionally helpful with a fixture repair problem I have. Very knowledgeable and patient. While there I saw some of their beautiful artwork and mirrors. Their shop and atelier were a definite find!

I had a crystal that needed to be fixed as the birds broke off from the branch. Amazing job done and the end product looked brand new ! Can't even tell where it used to be broken. Thank you so much for a job well done!! 💗💗

I brought an art sculpture to Casade in hopes of having a broken tip reattached. While the piece was attached I found the finishing on the joint to be less than adequate. It looked like someone had left a piece of tape on the joint. I had to gently sand down the joint area using wet sandpaper to get it to a respectable glossy look. While the repair was well done, it felt as though they gave up on the finishing of it.

I spent five years looking for someone who could repair an antique mantle clock that my husband's family brought over from Europe. The clock was incased completely in beveled glass. Two of the panels were curved glass. I had the clock to many restoration houses and no one would touch it. Cascade Hand Cut Crystal restored the clock to its original brilliance.
